Section 01

Ordering.

  • How do I place an order?+
Browse our compounds, add what you need to your cart, and check out. You'll receive an email confirmation immediately, then a shipping notification once your order is processed and ships.
  • Do I need to create an account to order?+
No. You can check out as a guest. Creating a free account makes it easier to track orders, save shipping addresses, and view your order history.
  • Is there a minimum order amount?+
No minimum order. Orders of $99 or more ship free; orders under $99 ship for a flat $4.95.
  • Can I cancel or change my order after placing it?+
Yes, but only before your order enters processing. Once a shipping label has been created, changes cannot be made. Email support@haloamino.com as soon as possible with your order number if you need to cancel or modify.
  • Do you offer bulk or quantity discounts?+
Yes. Quantity discounts apply automatically at checkout when you purchase multiple units of the same product. For larger wholesale or institutional inquiries, email support@haloamino.com with the subject "Wholesale Inquiry."
  • Do I have to be 18 to order?+
Yes. All HaloAmino products require purchasers to be 18 years of age or older and to use the products solely for laboratory research purposes. By placing an order, you confirm you meet these requirements. We reserve the right to verify age and cancel orders that do not.
Section 02

Shipping.

  • How long does shipping take?+
Orders are processed within a few business days, after which the carrier handles delivery. All orders ship with tracking. View full shipping details →
  • How much does shipping cost?+
Orders of $99 or more ship free within the U.S. Orders under $99 ship for a flat fee of $4.95. No calculated rates, no surprises at checkout.
  • Do you ship internationally?+
Not at this time. HaloAmino ships only within the United States — all 50 states, U.S. territories, military APO/FPO addresses, and PO Boxes.
  • How is my order packaged?+
Orders ship in protective, cushioned packaging designed to keep lyophilized vials intact during transit. The shipping label lists "HaloAmino" as the sender. Packages are sealed and tamper-evident so you can confirm your order arrived undisturbed.
  • How do I track my order?+
You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships. You can also track your order here by entering your order number and email address.
  • My tracking hasn't updated in days. Is something wrong?+
Usually no. USPS sometimes goes silent for 24–72 hours between scans, especially during transit between regional hubs. If your tracking hasn't updated in more than 5 business days, email support@haloamino.com with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.
  • My tracking says delivered, but I don't have it.+
First, wait 24 hours — packages occasionally scan as delivered slightly before they arrive. Then check around the delivery address and with anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf. If you still cannot locate it after 48 hours, contact your local USPS office with the tracking number, then email support@haloamino.com with your order number.
  • Can you ship to PO Boxes or military addresses?+
Yes. We ship to USPS PO Boxes, APO, FPO, and DPO military addresses. Military shipments may take longer than standard estimates due to military mail routing.
Section 03

Products.

  • What compounds do you offer?+
Our current catalog includes research compounds plus bacteriostatic water: Browse all compounds →
  • What's the difference between BPC-157 and TB-500?+
BPC-157 and TB-500 are different peptides. BPC-157 is a pentadecapeptide (15 amino acids) derived from a stomach protein; TB-500 is a synthetic fragment of thymosin beta-4. They are sometimes referenced together in research literature and we offer them pre-blended as the BPC + TB Blend.
  • What is bacteriostatic water and do I need it?+
Bacteriostatic water (BAC water) is sterile water containing 0.9% benzyl alcohol that inhibits bacterial growth. It's the standard solvent used to reconstitute lyophilized peptides for research. Add 30mL BAC Water to your order →
  • Why is GHK-Cu blue?+
The blue color comes from the copper bound in the peptide complex — it's a natural and expected property of GHK-Cu, not a sign of contamination. Once reconstituted, the solution will have a recognizable blue tint that indicates the copper-peptide bond is intact.
  • Are these peptides supplements?+
No. The compounds we sell are research-use-only materials, not dietary supplements as defined by the FDA. They are sold strictly for laboratory research use only and have not been evaluated by the FDA. View our full disclaimer →
  • What's the shelf life of lyophilized peptides?+
Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides are typically shelf-stable for 18–24 months when stored in original sealed packaging at room temperature, away from direct light and moisture. For specific handling protocols in a research context, consult your facility's SOPs or peer-reviewed literature on the compound of interest.
Section 04

Quality & COAs.

  • What is a Certificate of Analysis (COA)?+
A Certificate of Analysis is a third-party lab report verifying the identity and purity of a peptide batch. It shows the test methods used (HPLC, mass spectrometry), the verified purity percentage, batch number, and test date. COAs are the standard for documenting what's in the vial.
  • Where can I see your COAs?+
Every batch has a publicly accessible COA — no login required, no email gate. You can view current COAs directly on each product page or on our COA Library page.
  • Who tests your products?+
The source material we stock is tested by independent third-party labs (an independent third-party lab and Freedom Diagnostics) using HPLC and mass spectrometry.
  • What does "≥98% purity" actually mean?+
It means that when a batch is analyzed by HPLC (High-Performance Liquid Chromatography), at least 99% of the sample is the target peptide. The remaining <1% may consist of trace impurities from the synthesis process. Batches are tested to confirm this standard is met before they're sold.
  • How often are batches tested?+
Independent third-party reports for the source material we stock are added to our COA Library as fresh batches arrive.
  • What if your COA doesn't match what I expected?+
If you have technical questions about a COA or its results, email support@haloamino.com with the batch number and your specific question and we'll walk you through the methodology.
Section 05

Payment.

  • What payment methods do you accept?+
We accept major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover). All payments are processed securely through our payment processor.
  • Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed through a PCI-compliant payment processor. HaloAmino does not store your full card information on our servers — payment data is encrypted and handled directly by the processor.
  • Will the charge on my statement say "HaloAmino"?+
Your statement will show "HaloAmino" or a related billing descriptor from our payment processor. If you have a question about a charge, email support@haloamino.com with your order number.
  • Why was my card declined?+
Cards can be declined for several reasons: insufficient funds, a billing address mismatch, or your bank flagging the purchase as unusual. Try:
    • Confirming your billing address matches exactly what's on file with your bank
    • Contacting your bank to authorize the purchase
    • Trying a different card
    If issues persist, email support@haloamino.com.
  • Do you offer any discount codes?+
From time to time, yes. The best way to stay informed is to sign up for our catalog updates at the bottom of any page — subscribers hear about new compounds and occasional offers first.

Returns & Refunds.

  • What's your return policy?+
All sales are final. HaloAmino does not accept returns for change of mind or dissatisfaction. However, if your order arrives damaged in transit or does not meet our stated purity standards, we'll provide a one-time replacement at no cost. View full return policy →
  • My order arrived damaged. What do I do?+
Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product upon arrival. Then email support@haloamino.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and the photos. Approved claims receive a one-time replacement.
  • I received the wrong product. What now?+
Email support@haloamino.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We'll arrange to ship the correct product at no additional cost.
  • How long does it take to process a damage claim?+
Most claims are reviewed within 1–2 business days. Once approved, your replacement is shipped. See the full returns & refunds policy →
  • Can I get a refund instead of a replacement?+
In most cases we offer one-time replacements rather than refunds. If a replacement isn't possible, we'll work with you on a case-by-case basis. View the full refund policy →
