When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time on a business day are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing the next business day. You'll receive a shipment notification email with your tracking number as soon as your package leaves our facility. -
Why don't I have tracking info yet?
Tracking numbers are issued at the moment your label is created, but it can take 24–48 hours for the carrier's system to register the first scan. If you've received your tracking number but it shows "Label Created" or "Awaiting Carrier Pickup" for more than 48 hours, the package is on its way — the first scan often happens at the carrier's hub. -
My tracking says delivered, but I don't have the package.
First, please wait 24 hours — packages occasionally scan as delivered slightly before they arrive. Then check around your property: front door, side door, garage, mailroom, with neighbors, or with anyone who may have accepted the package on your behalf. If you still cannot locate it after 48 hours, contact your local carrier office with your tracking number, then email haloaminosupport@gmail.com if you need further assistance. -
Can I change my shipping address after ordering?
Address changes can only be made before your order enters processing — typically within 1–2 hours of placing the order. Once a label has been created, the address cannot be modified. To request an address change, email haloaminosupport@gmail.com immediately with your order number. -
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, HaloAmino ships only within the United States. This includes all 50 states, U.S. territories, military APO/FPO addresses, and USPS PO Boxes. We do not currently offer international shipping to Canada, Mexico, Europe, or any other country. -
What carrier do you use?
We primarily ship via USPS Priority Mail, which provides tracking and 2–5 business day delivery to most U.S. addresses. The specific carrier may vary based on your destination, package weight, and shipping volume. All shipments include tracking regardless of carrier. -
How will my package be labeled?
All HaloAmino orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. The shipping label will display "HaloAmino" as the sender, but the exterior of the package contains no product names, brand graphics, or descriptive language about the contents. Your privacy is built into the shipping process. -
What if my package arrives damaged?
Take clear photos of the damaged packaging and product immediately upon arrival, then email haloaminosupport@gmail.com with your order number and photos within 7 days of delivery. Approved claims receive a one-time replacement shipped within 24 hours. View our full damage protection process →
