HALOAMINO RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

1. RESEARCH USE ONLY PRODUCTS

All HaloAmino products are sold strictly for laboratory research use only. By placing an order, you confirm that you are 18 years of age or older and that you will use these products solely for legitimate research purposes in a controlled laboratory environment. These products are not intended for human consumption, food additives, household chemicals, medical devices, drugs, or any other use not listed in our Terms of Service.

2. NO-REFUND POLICY

Due to the research-use nature of our products and to protect product integrity, HaloAmino does not offer refunds for change of mind, dissatisfaction, perceived effectiveness, or any reason other than documented shipping damage or defects as described below. All sales are final.

3. DAMAGE PROTECTION

Every HaloAmino order is protected against damage in transit. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may be eligible for a one-time replacement at no cost, subject to the conditions below.

ELIGIBILITY FOR REPLACEMENT:
- Products damaged during shipping (photo evidence required)
- Defective products that do not meet stated purity standards
- Incorrect items received
- Missing items from your order

NOT ELIGIBLE FOR REPLACEMENT:
- Reconstituted products
- Damage claims submitted without photo evidence
- Products improperly stored after delivery
- Products without proof of purchase
- Claims submitted more than 7 days after delivery
- Change of mind or dissatisfaction
- Suspected misuse of the product

4. CLAIM PROCESS

To file a damage or defect claim:

a) Take clear, well-lit photos of the damaged product and packaging immediately upon receipt.
b) Email support@haloamino.com within 7 days of delivery with:
   - Your order number
   - Clear photos of the damage or defect
   - A brief description of the issue
c) HaloAmino will review your claim within 1–2 business days.
d) If approved, a replacement will ship within 24 hours at no cost to you.

5. LIMITATIONS

- One replacement per customer per order.
- All claims are subject to review and approval at HaloAmino's sole discretion.
- Excessive, suspicious, or repeated claims may result in account review and denial of future replacements.
- HaloAmino reserves the right to deny any replacement request if evidence is insufficient or fraudulent activity is suspected.

6. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment by contacting support@haloamino.com. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled. Refunds for canceled pre-shipment orders will be issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.

7. CHARGEBACKS

Filing a chargeback prior to contacting HaloAmino support and allowing resolution may result in account suspension and permanent denial of future orders. We strongly encourage customers to contact us first at support@haloamino.com so we can resolve any issues directly.
