HALOAMINO SHIPPING POLICY

1. SHIPPING DESTINATIONS

HaloAmino currently ships within the United States only, including all 50 states, U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, and PO Boxes. International shipping is not offered at this time. We do not ship to Canada, Mexico, Europe, Asia, Australia, or any other country outside the United States.

2. PROCESSING TIME

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends, federal holidays, or after 12:00 PM Eastern Time are processed the next business day. During high-volume periods (product launches, holiday sales), processing time may extend to 3 business days. You will receive an email confirmation when your order is processed and again when it ships.

3. SHIPPING METHODS AND COSTS

HaloAmino offers the following shipping options within the United States:

STANDARD SHIPPING — FREE
Orders of $99.00 or more (after discounts, before taxes) qualify for free standard shipping. Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days from ship date.

STANDARD SHIPPING — $8.95 FLAT RATE
Orders under $99.00 ship for a flat fee of $8.95. Estimated delivery: 2-5 business days from ship date.

All shipping options use trusted U.S. domestic carriers with package tracking. Specific carrier selection is at HaloAmino's discretion based on destination and package weight.

4. DELIVERY TIMEFRAMES

Estimated delivery times are calculated in business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays) from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Total time from order to delivery is typically 3-7 business days.

DELIVERY TIMES ARE ESTIMATES, NOT GUARANTEES. HaloAmino is not liable for shipping delays caused by:

(a) Carrier delays or carrier service disruptions
(b) Weather events, natural disasters, or acts of God
(c) Federal holidays or postal service slowdowns
(d) Address verification issues or incorrect addresses provided by the customer
(e) Customs processing (not applicable for U.S. domestic shipments)
(f) Events outside HaloAmino's reasonable control

5. ORDER TRACKING

A tracking number will be emailed to you within 24-48 hours of your order shipping. Tracking information may take an additional 24 hours to appear in the carrier's system after the tracking number is issued. To check your order status:

(a) Visit haloamino.com/pages/track-order
(b) Enter your order number and email address
(c) Click the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email

If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of your order, please contact us at haloaminosupport@gmail.com.

6. DISCREET PACKAGING

All HaloAmino orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging. The shipping label will display "HaloAmino" or our parent entity name (DolphDigital LLC) as the sender. The exterior of the package contains no product names, branding, or descriptive language about contents.

7. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of order. HaloAmino is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect or undeliverable address, you may choose to:

(a) Have the package reshipped to a corrected address. Customer is responsible for the reshipment cost ($8.95 flat fee regardless of original order value).
(b) Receive a refund of the product cost only. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

Address changes can only be made before the order has been processed. Once an order has shipped, address changes are not possible.

8. LOST OR MISSING PACKAGES

If your tracking shows the package as delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps within 48 hours:

(a) Check with neighbors, doormen, or anyone else who may have accepted the package on your behalf
(b) Check all entrances of your residence (front door, side door, garage, mailroom)
(c) Contact your local carrier office with the tracking number
(d) Contact us at haloaminosupport@gmail.com with your order number

If the package cannot be located after these steps and 7 business days have passed since the "delivered" status, HaloAmino will, at its sole discretion, offer either:

(a) A one-time replacement shipment at no additional cost, or
(b) A refund of the product cost (shipping costs are non-refundable)

Lost package claims are subject to review and may require carrier investigation. HaloAmino reserves the right to deny lost package claims if suspicious activity is detected or if the customer has a history of repeated lost package claims.

9. DAMAGED PACKAGES

For damaged or defective packages, please see our Refund Policy at haloamino.com/policies/refund-policy. Photo evidence is required for all damage claims, and claims must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.

10. PO BOXES AND MILITARY ADDRESSES

We ship to:

(a) USPS PO Boxes within the United States
(b) APO (Army/Air Force Post Office) addresses
(c) FPO (Fleet Post Office) addresses
(d) DPO (Diplomatic Post Office) addresses

Delivery times for APO/FPO/DPO addresses may take longer than standard estimates due to military mail routing. Please allow 7-21 business days for delivery.

11. SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS

HaloAmino reserves the right to refuse shipment to any address at its sole discretion. Reasons for refusal may include but are not limited to:

(a) Addresses with a history of fraudulent orders
(b) Addresses associated with chargebacks or disputes
(c) Addresses in states or jurisdictions where the sale or shipment of our products may be restricted
(d) Reshipper or freight forwarder addresses
(e) Bulk order patterns suggesting commercial resale

If your order is refused or canceled due to shipping restrictions, you will receive a full refund of the product cost and any shipping fees paid.

12. ORDER CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS

Orders may be modified or canceled before they enter processing. Once an order has been processed or shipped, changes cannot be made. To request a change or cancellation, contact haloaminosupport@gmail.com immediately after placing your order.

13. TITLE AND RISK OF LOSS

Title to products and risk of loss passes to you upon HaloAmino's transfer of the products to the shipping carrier. From that point forward, you assume all responsibility for the products during transit.
